The whole pallet of bottles (PET bottles, cans) is put on the in feed table by the lift fork truck firstly. Then its conveyed to the unpack table by the conveyor, the operators unpack the rope and the film. The conveyors transfer the unpacked pallet to the bottom platform.

The lifting and lowering device of the main body lifts the pallets on the bottom platform to the destined height, the discharge clapboard catch up the clapboard on the pallet and transfer it to the vehicle driven by speed-down motor beside the main body, the vehicle transfers the clapboard to the clapboard collection area.

At the same time, the bottle discharge device driven by the motor grips the glass bottles (PET bottles, cans) and transfer to the bottle conveyor, then release the bottles (PET bottles, cans) and discharge to the conveyor.

The bottle conveyors transfer the bottles forward. After one layer of bottles were discharged, the lifting and lowering device of the main body rises to a higher level based on destined bottle height to discharge another layer of bottles

The processes repeat. After one whole pallet of bottles were discharged, the lifting and lowering device lowers the empty tray to the bottom platform, the conveyors transfer the empty tray to the empty tray collection table.

Meanwhile, the pallet transferred from the unpack table reaches the bottom platform. The empty trays are piled up by the board station which is the attachment equipment of empty tray table.

When the empty trays reach to a certain quantity, the lift fork truck carries the empty trays away.

The above process completes the whole pallet of bottles discharge, the clapboards collection and conveying, and the empty trays collection and conveying.
