Hot runner
The heating lamp for the main runner is made in Italy, pipeline is embedded not easy to be broken. The heater for the nozzle also made in Italy with high quality, the sturcture of the nozzle is inclined feeding, easy for running, the slide hole that combines the needle valve is high accuracy, the surface hardness HRC is 68-72, material for the nozzle is Beryllium Copper, HRC is more than 35, and also use high strength Titanium ally inlay pieces which transfers heat very fast and also abrasion resistance and high quality. The imported needle rod of the valve is accuracy and abrasion resistance. The imported abrasion ring used between the piston and cylinder slide can last long, material for the pistion is imported S136, and gone through heat treatment and tooling, the sealing parts also imported, the material is the high temperature resisted Perchloroethylene. The hole of main runner gone through high precise and deep-hole drill tooling, the accuracy is very high, the line spectrum of the preform is very clear. The hot runner adopts imported S136, when injection, temperature outside of the mold is low, which can guarantee the static mold board will not be deformed , expaned and damage the machine and affect the accuracy of the mold because of the heat of the hot runner.
